How Rizzitgo compares with Mulebuy
Rizzitgo is a small agent, about 8,800 searches a month, spread across France, the UK and the US. Its site operates and we found no credible closure reports; fees, storage and QC terms could not be verified independently.
Compared with Mulebuy, it is newer and less reviewed.
Can Rizzitgo take over if Mulebuy stays down?
Only as a test. Move a full Mulebuy sheet to a better-documented agent first.
Rizzitgo is a test-first option.
Moving your Mulebuy links to Rizzitgo
- Copy the Mulebuy links from your sheet, up to 200 at a time.
- Paste them into the link converter. Copy the clean marketplace link it returns and paste it into Rizzitgo's search bar, which accepts Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links.
- Open five or six items on Rizzitgo and check the sizes, colours and price against your sheet.
- Save the clean marketplace links in a column of their own, so the next move is just as fast.
Prefer not to open another agent account?
Send us a product link, an old Mulebuy link or a screenshot on WhatsApp. We reply with a price delivered to your country and send photos of the item before it leaves China. This is our own service, run separately from every agent on this site.

Shipping to Italy and the rest of Europe with Rizzitgo
Ask which of its lines include EU taxes before shipping to Italy or France.
Before you pay Rizzitgo for shipping to the EU, add the €3 duty per item category (parcels up to €150, since July 2026) and VAT on goods, shipping and duty, 22% in Italy; the import duty calculator turns a Rizzitgo quote into a delivered price, and the Milan page covers Italy's buyer-fine rule.
Rizzitgo spreadsheets
Demand for Rizzitgo spreadsheets is about 0 US searches a month, against roughly 8,800 monthly searches for Rizzitgo worldwide, with the biggest audiences in France (27%), the UK (18%), the US (18%). Spreadsheets for any agent age quickly; prefer one with a recent edit date and a column of raw links, and get it from the person who made it.
You do not need a sheet built for Rizzitgo to use Rizzitgo. Any spreadsheet, including your Mulebuy one, becomes a Rizzitgo sheet after conversion, since every row is a marketplace listing underneath.
Who Rizzitgo suits best
Most Rizzitgo searches come from France (27%), the UK (18%), the US (18%). Italian buyers are a small minority here, so check the Italian line yourself. Reviewers praise its 3–8 day express options and quick support; the complaints are about shipping re-charged after the parcel is weighed, so pay for a trial pack on anything bulky.
Before your first Rizzitgo order
- Test support with a size question before a big order.
- Write down the return window; Mulebuy's five days caught many buyers out.
- Use trial packing on bulky parcels so the shipping quote matches the box.
- Keep stays short: the less time items sit with Rizzitgo, the less you can lose.
No agent is permanent. If Rizzitgo ever shows the warning signs Mulebuy did, such as automated-only replies, stalled refunds and a sudden wave of one-star reviews, stop topping up, ship what you can and convert your links again. The status board records each agent's last check date.
