Mulebuy right now: what is confirmed and what is not
The question most people type before "mulebuy spreadsheet" is whether Mulebuy still works. Here is what we could check on 4 October 2026, split into what has a source and what is only being repeated.

Two numbers are easy to misread. Mulebuy's Trustpilot page still shows 4.7 out of 5 from 2,962 reviews, but that average is built mostly on reviews from before August. Read the newest ones instead: from mid-August almost every review is one star, and the last one we found was posted on 11 September. A site that keeps loading tells you the servers are paid for, not that parcels are moving. When CNFans closed in August 2026, its site also kept loading for a while.
Trade press has noticed too. World Trademark Review wrote in June 2026 that Mulebuy had become the agent most buyers moved to after Pandabuy closed, and in September it reported the community raid claims, still without confirmation from any authority. Mulebuy is not confirmed closed, but nothing suggests it is working normally; do not send it new money until that changes.
Your spreadsheet links did not die with the agent
A Mulebuy spreadsheet is a list of product links rewritten so they open inside Mulebuy. Strip away the Mulebuy part and every row is still a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing with its own item number. The seller does not care which agent places the order, and the price at source is the same. That is why the most useful thing on this site is not a list of finds but a way to carry the ones you already have to another agent.

- Copy one row's link. Use the full address, not a shortened one. If you only have a short link, open it once in your browser and copy the long address from the bar.
- Paste it into the converter. It shows the platform (Taobao, Weidian or 1688) and the item number it found.
- Save the clean marketplace link next to the row. This is the copy that survives any future agent closure.
- Open the item on the agent you picked. Check the size and colour options again, since the seller may have changed them.
Keep the raw marketplace link for every find; agents come and go, the listings mostly stay.

If you have money or items stuck at Mulebuy
This is the hard case, and no converter fixes it. Paid items sitting in a warehouse you cannot reach are only recoverable through Mulebuy itself or through the way you paid. What helps, in order:
- Stop adding money. Several reviewers lost money after topping up to cover shipping on a parcel that never moved.
- Write everything down. Order numbers, parcel numbers, your user ID, the amounts and the dates. Screenshot your warehouse page and wallet balance.
- Open a written ticket and an email. Even if replies are automated, a dated written request is what payment providers ask for.
- Check your payment provider's deadline. Card and PayPal disputes have time limits that start from the day you paid, not from the day you noticed. If you paid in July or August, look today.
- Ignore "release your parcel" offers. Fake support accounts and look-alike domains appeared within days of the first reports. Mulebuy will not ask you to pay a stranger.
A balance you topped up into a Mulebuy wallet is usually harder to recover than a card payment for a specific order, because the payment provider sees it as a completed transfer. That is the strongest argument for paying each order directly on any agent you use next.
Act on payment deadlines now; waiting for Mulebuy to answer has not worked for most reviewers since August.

Why Italy gets its own section
Italy is where Mulebuy was searched most: about 38% of its worldwide search volume in our September data, ahead of the US, France, the UK and Germany. Italian buyers also face rules that general guides skip. Every parcel from China pays 22% IVA from the first euro. Since 1 July 2026, EU parcels worth up to €150 also pay a flat €3 customs duty for each different item category, so a hoodie and a pair of trainers in one box pay €6, not €3. And Italian law can fine the final buyer of goods that infringe a trademark between €100 and €7,000, with the goods seized and the storage and destruction costs charged to the buyer.

What a Mulebuy order cost when it worked
Knowing Mulebuy's old terms helps you judge a replacement honestly. Before August 2026, Mulebuy advertised a 0% purchasing commission, 90 days of free storage and free QC photos, usually within about a day of the item reaching the warehouse. Returns had to be requested within five days of storage, which several reviewers found tight. Like every zero-fee agent, it made its margin on shipping and the exchange rate.

Is Mulebuy shut down?
Not officially. As of 4 October 2026 Mulebuy had not published a closure notice and the site was reachable in September. But from mid-August most new reviews describe stuck orders and unanswered support, and the last Trustpilot review we found is dated 11 September. Treat it as an agent with a serious unresolved problem, not as a working one.
Do Mulebuy spreadsheet links still work?

What is the difference between a Mulebuy spreadsheet, spreadsheets and sheets?
