The official Mulebuy apps
Mulebuy has an iPhone app and an Android app. On the App Store it is published by Hong Kong Yu Xin International Trade Co., Limited; on Google Play by Mulebuy Inc. Those publisher names are the quickest way to tell the real app from a copy. Inside, the apps did the same as the website: paste links, search by keyword or photo, see QC photos, submit parcels and track them. Reviewers liked the image search in particular.

Check the publisher name before installing anything called Mulebuy.
Fake apps and APK files
Searches for "mulebuy apk" and "mulebuy app download" lead to file-hosting sites offering Android installers outside Google Play. Those files can be modified to capture logins or card details, and after the August 2026 reports more look-alikes appeared. There is no good reason to install a Mulebuy APK from anywhere except Google Play. The same applies to apps with similar names and icons from other publishers.
Install from the official store or not at all.

Never reset your password through a link in an email or message you did not ask for. Fake "account verification" messages were reported after the August news.

Save your account data while you can
If you can still log in, spend ten minutes saving what you might need later. Screenshots are fine; what matters is that you have the information outside Mulebuy.
- Order history: every order number, item, price and date.
- QC photos: of items you liked, for reordering elsewhere.
- Warehouse page: what is stored and since when.
- Balance and withdrawals: the amount and every request with its date.
- User ID and email: needed for any ticket or dispute.
- Product links: copy them into a sheet and convert them with the link converter.
Ten minutes of screenshots now can save a dispute later.
Using the app for new orders
We would not. The app works, but since mid-August 2026 buyers report that orders placed through it do not ship and that support does not answer. The full picture is on the status page. Nothing in the Mulebuy app was unique enough to justify staying. The features that mattered, quick photos and image search, are now standard. What differs between agents is the substance behind the app: whether parcels ship, whether support answers, and what lines cost.

Deleting your Mulebuy account
Some buyers want to delete their account after the problems. Do not do that while you have a balance, items in the warehouse or an open dispute, because deleting it can remove the evidence you need. Save your data first, settle or close every dispute, and only then consider deletion through the account settings or a written request to support. Removing saved payment cards from the account is sensible at any time.
Save evidence and finish disputes before deleting anything.
Notifications and scams
Real app notifications tell you about arrivals, QC photos and parcel updates; they never ask for payment details. If a notification, text or email claims to come from the Mulebuy app and asks you to pay a fee, verify your card or log in through a link, it is not the app. Open the app or website yourself and check there. Since August 2026, fake messages about frozen accounts and release fees have been reported.
If a message asks for money or a login, open the app yourself instead.
On shared or family devices, log out of the Mulebuy app when you are done and remove saved cards, especially while support is not answering account questions.
